1st place at IPA 2011 for Joel Tjintjelaar

I’m happy to announce that I’ve received news that my Frozen Music series of 5 B&W architectural photographs was awarded 1st place in the prestigious International Photography Awards 2011 (IPA2011) in the architecture category.
Furthermore my individual images Zenith and Dead-end were awarded with Honorable mentions.

I came in 2nd in the same competition last year with my Zeeland Bridges series. Check here for the winners IPA 2011 winners.

    Just wanted say thanks for the info. you clearly have a great eye for composition as well as a mastery of your tools. The fact that you understand a good image is a combination of these aspects and are such a good explicator are a blessing to us all. The award is much deserved!
